I Fell Short

Last week I wrote a post outlining my one-week goal for my fitness routine: namely, get into the single digit body fat percentage.  Unfortunately, I didn’t make it.  I’m still at 10.05%.  It might have been due to the fact that I didn’t work out on a couple of days, or it may have been due to me not eating enough.

This week, I’ll be up in NYC, so I’m not sure how strictly I’ll be able to follow my routine, but I’m definitely going to give it a shot.  My new short-term goal is to get into the single digits, and I’m going to keep pushing for that for as long as it takes.  More to come later.
