One Week BFP Goal

Over the past 6 months, I’ve been working really hard to get down to a specific bodyfat percentage – 8%, to be exact.  I’m coming close.  Since January, I’ve been able to lose about 6%, which represents about 75% of the total that I needed to lose.  Right now, I’m hovering right around 10.05%.  My goal for this week is to get down into the single digits.  I’m aiming to have a reading of below 10% on Sunday.

I haven’t been at that level since September of 2008 – right before I got into a tumultuous relationship (out of which I emerged at a ridiculous 17%).  It’ll be a big achievement for me, and I’m going to do whatever I can to make it happen.  I’ve been avoiding two-a-days, but if that’s what it takes for me to drop below 10%, that’s what I’ll do.  I’m also planning on increasing my carb cycling diet.

Basically, I’m going to push myself over that significant line, and by posting this up here for people to see, I’m holding myself accountable for reaching this goal.  I’ll report back on Sunday to post my results.
